Trachenburg Family Slideshow Players
Saturday, September 20th, 2008I had a lovely time last night… Slammed a few @ The Defectors Weld then saw Trachenburg Family Slideshow Players at Bush Hall… an ideally initimate venue.
For those of you unfamiliar with them, The Trachtenburg trio are an indie-vaudeville art-pop band who aquire slide collections from deceased anonymous strangers… dad Jason and daughter Rachel perform songs about the images as mom Tina projects them onto the wall.
Pretty much everything about them is charming… they even make all of their own merchandise.
They’ll be touring England again soon, so check them out.
